The AGM will take place at 12.30pm prompt on Saturday, 3rd December 2016, with the championship prize-giving at the Dinner-Dance in the evening, followed by dancing to the band Wild.
A sandwich lunch will be provided before the AGM from 11.45am.
If you finished in the top three in a championship, or won a trophy at the Race of the Year, you should attend the Dinner Dance to collect your award from our Guest of Honour.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CRMC PRE-BOOKS ALL THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL AT A SPECIALLY REDUCED PRICE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY BOOKINGS WITHOUT THE FULL PAYMENT.
IF YOU SUBSEQUENTLY CANNOT ATTEND PLEASE LET US KNOW AND IF WE CAN RE-SELL YOUR ROOM, WE SHOULD THEN BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU.
Priority is given to CRMC trophy winners, members and sponsors. We always try to accommodate all bookings and confirmation of successful bookings will be issued shortly after the closing date of 30th October 2016.The Dinner in the evening will start at 6.30 pm prompt. The dress code is jacket and tie for gentlemen and evening dress for ladies, as befits this special occasion.
No-one under 16 years of age is able to attend the Dinner Dance unless they hold an ACU race license and are CRMC members.
Please book your place and/or accommodation using the booking form by 30th October 2016. You can do this by one of the following methods:

No tickets will be issued but you will receive confirmation of your booking by letter (if you send us a stamped-addressed envelope) or email. Please note, because space is limited and this is a popular event that is always over-subscribed, we may have to give priority to CRMC members, trophy winners and sponsors over large group bookings for non-CRMC members.
